The best way to place your order is to email us and start a conversation. Phone calls work too but email is honestly faster and it helps us keep an exact record of your order.
If we need additional information we will reply back to you within 48 hours. Once we establish what you’d like to have created, we will reply with an estimate and a request for you name address and phone number we can send images to and communicate with you. Once you agree to the estimate an official invoice will be sent that you can pay online. Lastly, once the payment is received, your order will go into the que for production.
The short answer, as long as it takes. Generally, most builds take under a week. Larger build such as armor and custom masks or helmets can take up to a month or more. When placing your order we will give you an estimated time on when the build is going to start and when it should be finished.
Joshua Watts Leather Co. employs a strict no refund policy. This is because custom orders cannot be resold. Deposits are non-refundable. There are no exceptions.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required for all custom builds above $1000.00. Why you may ask? The leather and the time need to be secured. These deposits are non-refundable.
